I graduated from The British School of Osteopathy (BSO) in 2003 with a First Class Batchelor of Science Honours Degree in Osteopathy. I was also awarded the Final Clinical Competence prize that year.

Not only did I receive an excellent foundation in Osteopathy whilst attending the BSO, I was lucky enough to work within the specialist clinics for Pregnant Women and for those with Sports Injuries gaining invaluable knowledge from highly respected clinicians within these fields.

Shortly after graduating, I began working in a busy group practice in St.Albans and in 2006 left to fulfill an ambition of establishing my own practice.

During this time, I have continued to develop my knowledge and advance my osteopathic skills by attending regular courses in subjects covering sporting injuries and rehabilitation, Muscle Energy Techniques, advanced neuropathic treatment techniques to name a few.

I have also become qualified in Thought Field Therapy, which has been invaluable in the assistance of long-term pain management.

I have always wanted to be an osteopath for as long as I can remember and the most important thing for me is to provide every individual with a first class service, dedicating enough time to their treatment in order to achieve the best results in the shortest period of time and to equip them with the appropriate advice to prevent future recurrences.
